Testimonials

Mohamed Abdelhady

Machine Learning Data Scientist

The hackathon was a great opportunity to get to work on an interesting application of machine learning and try to come up with innovative methods. It was also interesting to explore the business aspect of the application and present it. For me personally, it helped me connect with great talent as well and learn from other teams' approaches. Thanks to everyone who was involved in organizing such a great event.

Ahmed Alaa

Data Engineer | Etisalat

I really enjoyed c4f2 hackathon, it was very challenging and we gained a lot of experience by joining in this hackathon and dealing with the problems.

Moemen Amgad

Informatics Master’s Student at TU Munich

I am really glad that I was part of the Dell C4F2 AI Hackathon. It was a fantastic opportunity to both learn and put my skills into action. The intensity of such competitions and challenges forces me to get out of my comfort zone and grow on both a professional and a personal level.

Dr. Omar Fahmy

Associate professor, P. Eng., IEEE Senior Member

I find Dell Hackathon is a great opportunity to enrich students as well staff skills and experience in the field of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence through competing and participating in such real practical applications Thanks to Dell Hackathon for offering this opportunity

Ahmed Omar

Student at Ain Shams University

It was a great experience for me & my team despite not winning as we pushed ourselves to the limit, I didn't know anything about Reinforcement Learning going in and now I'm doing my Bachelor's thesis using it!.

Mahmoud Ahmed

Data Science Intern | Dell Technologies

I joined the C4F2 with basic knowledge of reinforcement learning algorithms without any practical experience. The hackathon allowed me to understand the algorithms better and when to make use of each properly through the challenges faced during it. This experience improved my skills and helped me in joining dell as a data science intern and at which now I am helping in preparing for the HackTrick hackathon.

Ismail Shaheen

Data Science Intern | Dell Technologies

I joined C4f2 by Dell Technologies last year with practically zero experience in reinforcement learning. I had to learn, implement, and train reinforcement learning algorithms from scratch in mere days. Despite the intense experience payback, it was not a surprise that my team did not make it to the finals. A year later, I am now working at the same company, helping the team with the successor to C4f2, Hacktrick. The hackathon experience was never about winning or losing, for me it was about kickstarting my professional journey and making connections, for you it can be anything you make it out to be.
